These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games, applications, websites, and related services published by Taylor Simmons ("we," "us," or "our"), creator of Taylor Make Games, including but not limited to Solitaire Royal Classic Cards, Tap Turn Block (collectively, the "Apps").
By downloading, accessing, or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Apps.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Apps for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

All content, features, and functionality within the Apps are owned by or licensed to Taylor Simmons and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Some Apps may include in-app purchases, paid features, or third-party advertisements. All purchases are processed through the applicable app store and are subject to that store’s terms and policies.
You agree not to misuse the Apps or interfere with their operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
The Apps may include third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taylor Simmons shall not be liable for damages arising from your use of the Apps.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
